Job Objective:
The System Administrator will carry out routine automation, security maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and technical support for all users and projects of the organization, in addition to performing day-to-day maintenance and repairs of systems and network devices.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing superior sales support.
Determine the demands of the consumer, then help and enlighten them about the characteristics of the product.
Reach your monthly and yearly sales goals.
Make sure that the boutique organization correctly follows all sales and associated processes.
help with floor repositioning, merchandising, and display upkeep.
Keep the shop up to date with the standards for the items.
Engage in regular inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
responsible for fostering relationships with clients through consistent client book use.
Verify the supply, delivery, systematize, and display of the items in accordance with the visual marketing principles.
Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Develop and use in-depth product and service expertise to respond to client questions and choose the best course of action.
flexibility in working retail trade hours, which may include public holidays, weekends, and weekdays.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer engineering
Experience
3–5 years of system administration expertise
Skillset
English (oral and written) fluency
extensive computer literacy (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Cisco Certified CCNA & CCNP (Recommended), CompTIA A+ certification or any similar qualification, Microsoft Certified MCSE (Windows Server, Server Infrastructure, and Exchange Server).
